Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver exceptional in-store experiences by embodying the brand and using a personalized approach to build and deepen client relationships. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals through expert clienteling, product knowledge, and hospitality. Capture client data and foster repeat business while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable, personalized client experience and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
• Capture and maintain client data; cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Drive business through key product pillars and execute best practices in hospitality and selling.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver excellent service.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree, Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework, and proficiency in multiple languages.
