Client Advisor - Legacy West

Summary

Deliver elevated client experiences representing a luxury jewelry brand at the Legacy West location. Build and nurture client relationships, achieve sales targets, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-store client experiences using the brand's selling approach.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and clienteling systems.
• Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments.
• Leverage product knowledge to drive sales across key product pillars.
• Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create memorable moments.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver personalized service.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and proficiency in multiple languages are desirable.
