Client Advisor - Legacy West

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience to each client by embodying the brand and providing exceptional in-store service. Build and deepen client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized appointments while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Serve as a brand ambassador at the Legacy West store, creating memorable client moments and driving repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional client experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
• Build and maintain client relationships; capture and cultivate client data for outreach and follow-up.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Drive sales through appointments, product expertise, styling, and converting clients through curiosity and discovery.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to create unique, memorable in-store experiences and act on client feedback.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to process transactions and manage client information.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and connect with clients.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
