Client Advisor - Lenox Pop Up

As a Client Advisor at our Lenox Pop Up Boutique, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in luxury retail to exceed client expectations and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, embodying the brand's values and ensuring a premium experience.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support team operations on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and brand heritage, consistently achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to enhance business and achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
