Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at our Lenox Pop Up Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and embodying the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will leverage your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and drive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client receives the Dolce & Gabbana experience.
  • Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team in smooth sales operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
  • Achieve sales goals and develop the business by sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with loyal clients.
  • Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
