Client Advisor - Lenox Pop Up

As a Client Advisor at our Lenox Pop Up Boutique, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. Your role will involve tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, embodying the brand's values and expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor the team in sales ceremonies.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in prioritizing client interests.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Achieve sales goals and enhance business development.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
