Client Advisor - Livermore Outlet

As a Seasonal Client Advisor at the Livermore Outlet, you will partner with Moncler's sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams to support the full life cycle of the client experience. You will ensure a seamless and personalized experience for all clients, embodying Moncler values and projecting an elevated and positive image both front of house and back of house.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and provide the best client experience.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Support Client Advisors in providing an exceptional client experience.
• Assist in the maintenance and execution of visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution based on management requests.
• Perform operational tasks including back of house organization and product assortment go-backs.
• Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
