Summary
Deliver exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor in Charlotte, acting as a brand ambassador to create memorable experiences, build lasting client relationships, and meet individual and team sales objectives. Use product knowledge and clienteling tools to personalize engagements and support a collaborative store environment. Report to the Team Manager and contribute to the Maison's standards of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
- Represent the brand with passion and professionalism in every client interaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
- Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge across all categories to offer personalized advice.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and dynamic store environment.
- Conduct personalized follow up and engagement to retain and grow client relationships.
- Continuously learn and improve personal and team performance through training.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market, or strong customer centric background.
- Commercial mindset with ability to meet sales goals and targets.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced luxury retail environment and act as a personal advisor to clients.
