Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. The role builds client relationships through proactive outreach and post-sale follow-up while supporting store presentation and inventory management. This position also handles customer repairs and advises clients on product fit and customization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients on the selling floor.
• Initiate and build client relationships using a client book and mailings, and complete sales with post-sale follow-up.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on fit and custom design options.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high energy, and sales focused personality.
• Proficient with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong interest in fashion and a results driven mindset.
