Provide exceptional sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment, build client relationships through creative selling and follow up, and support visual and inventory maintenance on the selling floor. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to clients
• Initiate and build client relationships using client book and mailings
• Complete sales and perform post sale follow up
• Exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans
• Maintain visual presentation and general upkeep of the selling floor
• Handle customer repairs and advise on fit and custom design options
• Assist with maintenance of inventories in stockroom and on selling floor

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and ability to prioritize client needs
• Able to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
• Computer skills including point of sale systems, Word, Excel and email
• Strong desire for fashion and results driven
