Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising, pricing, and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Support inventory receiving, replenishment, and store opening and closing tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in home or specialty departments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and merchandising the sales floor.
