Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences on the store floor, cultivates long‑term client relationships, and drives sales to meet individual and store KPIs. The role supports visual merchandising, inventory preparation, and training needs while collaborating with store leadership to uphold brand standards. This position requires a client‑centric, team‑oriented approach and a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service to develop and maintain lasting relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key KPIs through proactive outreach and clienteling.
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and operations.
• Participate in training activities, follow up on customer orders/repairs/holds, and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client‑facing experience acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional presentation and reliability.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to manage client data.
• English required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) preferred.
