Client Advisor - Beverly Hills Flagship

Summary

Join the Beverly Hills flagship team as a Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager to represent the brand and deliver exceptional luxury retail service. You will drive sales through client outreach, appointments, and strong product knowledge while maintaining visual and service standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, consignments, and in-store events
• Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize each transaction
• Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture long-term client relationships
• Support store opening/closing procedures, merchandise presentation, visual standards, and light maintenance tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs; strong verbal and written communication
• Available to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory and holiday season
• Maintains a polished, well-groomed appearance and is mobile on the sales floor for extended periods; able to climb a ladder and lift 5-8 lbs regularly
