The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals at the Bloomingdale's Sherman Oaks shop. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, upholding visual merchandising and store standards, and supporting store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and manage relationships and communications with clients.
• Provide the highest standards of client service at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and store standards.
• Participate in special events and projects such as sample sales and physical inventory.
• Adhere to store and company procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented customers.
• Availability for open scheduling, including operations that may require seven-day availability.
