Summary

The Senior Retail Client Advisor is a full-time in-store sales role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals at the Beverly Hills boutique. This role maintains visual merchandising and operational standards while developing and managing client relationships to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients; manage client communication.
• Ensure high standards of client service and store presentation.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, and operational standards.
• Participate in special events and projects (e.g., sample sales, physical inventory).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail/boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Availability for open scheduling, including weekends and business needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, and ability to meet sales targets.
