Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service on the retail floor for a luxury fashion brand. Builds and maintains client relationships through proactive outreach, client-book management, and post-sale follow-up. Supports store presentation, inventory maintenance, and assists clients with repairs and fit recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality sales service and establish strong relationships with clients to grow personal business.
• Initiate client outreach, maintain a client-book, conduct mailings, and perform post-sale follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and execute weekly sales plans and selling strategies.
• Maintain visual standards and general upkeep of the selling floor.
• Assist with customer repairs, advise on fit and custom design needs, and coordinate post-sale services.
• Support inventory management in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Sales-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Computer proficiency including retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• A strong interest in fashion and commitment to achieving sales results.
