Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth.
• Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and after-sales support.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store displays per guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans and identify opportunities to optimize sales and operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
