Client Advisor - Mandarin-Speaking

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional in-store client experiences, developing lasting client relationships, and driving sales through personalized appointments and clienteling. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and consistent achievement of commercial targets while elevating the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated, personalized service during client appointments and on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data, cultivate outreach, and leverage client feedback to improve experiences.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to manage sales and appointments; style clients across key product pillars.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and a college/university degree are preferred.
