Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored styling advice.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a client book; engage clients via follow-ups, invitations, and personal styling sessions.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
• Support back-office tasks and participate in visual merchandising activities.
