Summary
Seeking a Client Advisor to join the Miami Design District store to drive sales through client outreach and deliver exceptional luxury customer service while maintaining brand standards and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles
- Maintain high level of product knowledge across collections
- Support store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store maintenance
- Participate in store events and brand initiatives to drive client engagement
- Work scheduled shifts including weekends, holiday season, and annual inventory
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful workplace
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and team orientation
- Willingness to work evenings, multiple Saturdays and Sundays per month
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends
