Client Advisor - Miami Design District

As a Client Advisor at our Miami Design District Boutique, you will be responsible for providing impeccable service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in ensuring smooth sales operations on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations.
• Mentor and support the sales team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
• Utilize clienteling tools to enhance and develop business.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
