Summary

The Client Advisor will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in the Miami Design District store. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, curating elevated shopping experiences, and supporting store performance. The advisor will also assist with merchandising and operational tasks to optimize sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by actively engaging with clients and promoting products.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.

• Collaborate with team members and store leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience and execute action plans.
• Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
