Represent the brand and deliver a memorable luxury customer experience. Build client relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, creating a personalized in-store experience.
• Use the company CRM to maintain client relationships and develop future sales opportunities.
• Engage in cross-selling and support achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge, shop floor standards, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Work collaboratively, support omnichannel initiatives, and help maintain store security.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation, resilience, a results-driven approach, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
