Client Advisor - Miami Design District

Summary

The Client Advisor is a retail sales role based in the Miami Design District responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long term client relationships to meet store commercial targets. The advisor acts as a brand ambassador, provides elevated in store service, and uses clienteling and POS tools to manage sales and client data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable in store experiences and represent the brand in every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using client tracking systems and POS.
• Identify opportunities to grow personal business and convert clients through discovery and styling.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on NPS and client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client related roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work non traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; a college degree and multilingual skills are desired.
