Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers an authentic Stone Island customer experience in the Miami boutique. This role builds lasting client relationships, shares product and brand knowledge, and contributes to individual and team sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide genuine product advice.
• Collect client information and proactively nurture relationships through one-to-one engagement.
• Build strong knowledge of collections, fabrics, and product features.
• Achieve individual sales goals, contribute to team results, and maximize opportunities through cross-selling.
• Support stockroom organization, replenishment, transfers, and store visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience in fashion retail or hospitality, or an interest in or studies related to fashion.
• Luxury or contemporary retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong client service and commercial mindset, with trustworthiness, flexibility, agility, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good presentation aligned with the brand style and openness to new technologies.
