- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.
Requirements- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.
