Client Advisor - NorthPark

As a Client Advisor at TAG Heuer's NorthPark Boutique in Dallas, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, safeguarding company assets, and supporting the Boutique Manager in various operational tasks.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through in-depth product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain a client book and follow up with clients to meet monthly clienteling sales goals.
• Assist the Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives.
• Provide superior customer service, greet customers, and offer assistance according to store policies.
• Process customer repairs and send thank you notes post-purchase.
• Adhere to store operational procedures, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
• Open and close the store in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Previous clienteling experience.
• Ability to learn and convey technical product information.
• Proficiency in typing and email communication.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred.
