Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences in boutique. Acts as a client development specialist building long-lasting relationships and leverages omnichannel touchpoints and digital tools. Contributes to operational excellence by following retail procedures and supporting daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration
- Develop client relationships through outreach, appointments, and clienteling activities
- Use digital tools and CRM to collect and leverage client data for personalized outreach
- Support boutique operations including inventory, cash, security, opening and closing
- Perform visual merchandising and maintain window animation and product presentation
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and retail procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge and passion for watches lifestyle trends and related technologies
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language a plus
- Strong selling skills including discovery, presentation, upselling and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs including traffic conversion and average selling price
- Experience with clienteling and digital retail tools such as CRM and POS
- Excellent interpersonal communication, professional presentation and team spirit
- Energetic self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment
