Performance-driven sales professional responsible for achieving boutique sales targets, delivering memorable client experiences, and supporting boutique operations for a new store opening. Acts as a brand ambassador, drives client development through personalized outreach and omnichannel engagement, and contributes to operational excellence and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and clienteling KPIs through outreach, appointments, and in-store conversions.
- Deliver product presentations, storytelling, upselling, and effective closing to meet sales targets.
- Support boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing.
- Use digital and retail tools for client management and sales tracking.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including window animation and product presentation.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return completion.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues on the sales floor.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and retail procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year-experience in luxury retail or related environment.
- Knowledge of watches, brand DNA, collections, and retail procedures.
- Proven selling skills including client discovery, handling objections, and closing.
- Fluent in English and local language; additional languages a plus.
- Familiarity with clienteling and sales KPIs and digital retail tools.
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and team oriented with strong presentation skills.
- Rigorous attention to grooming, conduct, and visual merchandising guidelines.
