The role balances client engagement and sales with operational responsibilities including inventory management, POS processing, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention.
- Balance time between client engagement and operational support based on business needs.
- Maintain weekly operational cadence including product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and cycle counts.
- Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with the Store Director.
- Support processing of send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with policies.
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Process POS transactions accurately including wrapping and client data capture.
- Follow loss prevention policies to protect company assets.
- Maintain packaging levels and assist with replenishment orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in achieving individual sales goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer centric retail role, preferably luxury fashion.
- Organised, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team with a service oriented approach.
- Results driven with a commercial mindset while being a team player.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture and an inclusive open minded attitude.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carry, push, pull, kneel, and bend.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
