Performance-driven sales professional responsible for achieving boutique sales targets and delivering memorable client experiences. Acts as a brand ambassador, develops client relationships through clienteling and omnichannel sales, and supports store operations and visual merchandising in a new store opening.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs including traffic, conversion, and average selling price
- Perform client discovery, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and sales closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, appointments, and clienteling
- Leverage digital tools and CRM for client data collection and personalized communication
- Support merchandising, events, and product mix initiatives to drive sales
- Contribute to daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Coordinate aftersales operations until return of product and ensure compliance with retail procedures
- Apply grooming, presentation, and visual merchandising standards including window animation
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and relevant technologies
- Proven selling skills and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs
- Fluent in English and local language; additional language is a plus
- Proficient with digital tools and retail systems such as CRM and POS
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with adaptability to change
- Team player with high integrity and client-centric mindset
