Client Advisor - Oakridge Mall

Summary

Client Advisor role focused on delivering outstanding luxury retail sales and memorable client experiences on the boutique floor. The position drives individual KPIs and supports boutique objectives through client development, omnichannel engagement, and operational excellence. The role also contributes to merchandising, aftersales coordination, and daily store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through client discovery, product presentation, upselling and closing.
• Develop long-term client relationships via clienteling, outreach, appointments and follow-ups.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture qualitative client data and optimize outreach.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening and closing procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising, window animation and maintain high presentation standards.
• Coordinate aftersales and service processes until product return to client.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends and related product information.
• Strong selling skills, clienteling experience and understanding of sales KPIs.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and CRM platforms.
• Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Client-centric, energetic, adaptable team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
