Responsibilities- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly turnover and KPI targets set by the Boutique Manager.
- Support in achieving or exceeding the boutique's overall target.
- Welcome and handle customer requests, leading and managing all steps of the sale following Panerai Selling Ceremony.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform targeted follow-up to generate product selling opportunities.
- Know the Maison's products, their availability, delivery status, and brand history to share with customers.
- Manage the boutique's daily business, including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs process.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique database by capturing prospect and customer data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of product knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy during and after the sale.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Result and action-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Curious and self-motivated with an excellent customer service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator, able to develop a network.
- Excellent computer skills.
