Deliver the luxury brand experience through personalized client interactions, build and deepen client relationships, and achieve store commercial targets while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store client service using the brand selling approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and clienteling systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and tailored recommendations.
- Deliver memorable moments and elevated in-store experiences for each client.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS performance to improve service and hospitality.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-focused experience.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial or sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build rapport.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS, client tracking systems, and email applications.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
