Client Advisor - Rockefeller Center

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Rockefeller Center you will represent the Tiffany brand by delivering personalized luxury service and driving sales. You will build lasting client relationships, meet sales targets, and create memorable in-store experiences. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships and cultivate new and repeat business to meet or exceed sales plans.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences using the Tiffany Touch and hospitality best practices.
• Capture and maintain client data and drive sales through key product pillars.
• Use POS and client tracking systems to complete transactions and follow up with clients.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of sales results.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Mandarin speaking and ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential, and proficiency in additional languages.
