Client Advisor - Rockefeller Center

Summary

The Client Advisor at Rockefeller Center represents the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional, personalized service. The role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, product expertise, and executing the Tiffany Experience. Client Advisors are expected to meet or exceed store sales plans while enhancing the in-store hospitality and selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales goals.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems to support clienteling.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences using the Tiffany Touch and TEI client experience behaviors.
• Promote key product pillars and support merchandising and store hospitality to optimize the client journey.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and building client business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college degree, GIA or Gemologist training, and proficiency in multiple languages.
