Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service, identifying client needs and anticipating future requests.
• Develop a robust client portfolio and proactively grow business.
• Exceed individual sales and KPI goals using an entrepreneurial, business-minded approach.
• Create personalized, versatile looks and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and follow company policies and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a client-facing role, such as fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Passion for fashion and creating personalized looks, with a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong teamwork, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort using tools and applications, adaptability to new technology, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are preferred.
