The Sales Associate provides an elevated client experience at the Allen Premium Outlets store. The role drives sales and builds lasting client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service and guide clients through the shopping journey.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and client data capture.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with store colleagues and management.
• Develop knowledge of products, brand identity, and seasonal trends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
