Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture relevant customer information for the client database and maintain/expand a client book
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client shipping or alteration issues
• Assist with general housekeeping, store image maintenance, shipping and receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages; tech savvy
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation and passion for luxury product and design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus
