Client Advisor - Saks Dadeland

Summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a full-time Client Advisor at Saks Dadeland to create memorable experiences for clients. The role serves as a brand ambassador, tailoring each client's store experience and building lasting relationships through clienteling tools and systems. The Client Advisor reports to the Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Discover client needs and tailor the in-store experience to elevate their impression of the brand.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering the Louis Vuitton client experience.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong customer-focused background.
• Strategic sales and commercial mindset with the ability to achieve sales goals.
• Passion for building relationships with a diverse client base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to learn, and eagerness to improve performance.
