The Client Advisor represents the brand and provides a memorable luxury customer experience. The role focuses on understanding client needs, building lasting relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients while providing attentive, personalized in-store service.
• Use the company CRM to maintain client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Promote cross-selling and omnichannel engagement while working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge, fashion awareness, shop-floor standards, and visual displays.
• Address client complaints in coordination with the line manager and remain attentive to store security.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a consistent client experience and positive working environment.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, retail, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships and knowledge of the product category.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, curious, and skilled at problem-solving.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
