Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to exceed client expectations.
• Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior client experience and drive business results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for client service, fashion, and luxury.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
