Client Advisor - Sawgrass Mills Outlet

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding assigned sales goals at the Sawgrass Mills Outlet. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships using in-house clienteling tools, assisting with special requests, and tailoring the in-store experience. The Advisor will use POS and CRM systems, support visual standards, and help with store operations to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, category, and store sales goals and meet CRM requirements.
• Build and maintain client books; follow up on client inquiries, special orders, repairs, and returns.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately; participate in stocking/restocking and regular store maintenance.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to store policies, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures; assist in team meetings and training.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma; strong communication skills and digital literacy; POS experience required.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to work collaboratively; foreign language skills are a plus.
