Summary
Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving boutique sales targets through clienteling, omnichannel selling and teamwork. Acts as a brand ambassador, builds long-lasting client relationships and supports boutique operations and visual merchandising. Contributes to a positive work environment while following retail procedures and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and clienteling objectives including outreaches, appointments and conversions
- Deliver memorable client experiences through product presentation, storytelling and upselling
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing
- Use digital tools and systems such as CEGID and Salesforce for sales and client management
- Perform visual merchandising including window animation and product presentation
- Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until client return
- Contribute ideas to develop sales through merchandising and events
- Maintain store presentation and adhere to grooming and conduct guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Knowledge or passion for watches, lifestyle trends and related technologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish; third language is a plus
- Proven selling skills including discovery, objection handling and closing
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion and ASP
- Familiarity with clienteling and digital retail tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team oriented
- Ability to represent the brand in and outside the boutique
