Client Advisor - Short Hills Mall

As a Client Advisor at Short Hills Mall, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service and for exceeding assigned sales goals. By building meaningful relationships with your clients, you will become an expert on their every need and tailor their experience within our store to elevate their experience and impression of Fendi while building long-lasting relationships.

• Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow all store guidelines and adhere to store policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain client books and follow through with client concerns and inquiries.
• Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Participate in stocking/restocking of the store and maintain visual standards.
• Use POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
• Acquire product knowledge and keep up to date with company news and competition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow FENDI dress code and grooming standards.
• Perform regular store maintenance functions and assist in opening/closing the store.
• Participate in training new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings.
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
• RTW experience preferred and foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
• Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
