Client Advisor - Short Hills

Summary

The Client Advisor represents Tiffany & Co. by creating memorable, elevated experiences for clients. This role builds lasting client relationships, grows repeat business, and achieves commercial targets through personalized service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing client relationships, capture client data, and build repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Deliver personalized client experiences, style clients, and demonstrate the Tiffany brand during each interaction.
• Use client feedback and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-focused role.
• A proven ability to achieve commercial results and connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS and client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
