Client Advisor - Soho

Summary

The Client Advisor provides outstanding customer service and works to exceed individual and store sales goals by building strong client relationships and leveraging product knowledge. Based in the SoHo store, the role supports operational tasks including POS transactions, inventory and visual maintenance, and may include opening and closing responsibilities. The advisor participates in client outreach, training of new hires, and team meetings to drive business and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve client advisor metrics and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and special requests
• Use POS and CRM systems accurately to update customer database and process transactions
• Assist with special orders, repairs, returns, and other client services
• Participate in stocking/restocking and regular store maintenance
• Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management
• Participate in training new client advisors and attend monthly team meetings
• Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 yearsexperience; luxury retail preferred
• Strong drive for results and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• Ready-to-wear experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and maintain professional appearance
• Minimum high school diploma and strong organizational and digital literacy
