Client Advisor - Soho

Summary

The Client Advisor in Soho is responsible for contributing to the store's sales performance by building lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies. This role delivers exceptional luxury retail service, styling and clienteling to promote the brand and drive sales. The Client Advisor supports store objectives through appointment management, follow-up and personalized wardrobe recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and optimize each step of the sales process.
• Build and maintain a client book; schedule appointments, pull merchandise and follow up with clients via calls and written communication.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, recommend and style merchandise to promote wardrobing and client loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product is accurately coded, tagged and priced, and participate in inventory processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet qualitative and quantitative store objectives and keep up-to-date on trends and competition.

Requirements

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; writing and verbal proficiency.
• Proven sales track record; preferred 4+ years in a premium/luxury commission sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Previous client book preferred.
