Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product expertise and a client-centered approach while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to support sales goals and boutique performance.
• Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity and fashion.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment and stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
