The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships and supports the store team, including visual merchandising or training needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, and provide service aligned with brand standards.
• Build client relationships, manage outreach, and develop new clientele.
• Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators; review results and adjust sales approaches.
• Maintain product knowledge and support inventory, customer requests, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the store team and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury; relevant hospitality or client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Fashion interest, professional presentation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency and proficiency with Microsoft tools; additional languages are preferred.
