Client Advisor - Soho Women's

Summary

The Client Advisor at the Soho boutique serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering best-in-class client service while meeting individual sales targets. The role centers on building and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, appointments, and product expertise. The advisor also contributes to boutique performance through merchandising, stock management, and adherence to store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
• Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and electronically; set appointments and conduct personalized outreach
• Leverage product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences
• Support floor moves, visual merchandising, stock organization, inventory and cycle counts, and assist with packaging
• Locate merchandise across boutiques, process charge-send sales, and follow operating and security procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and computers
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and lift at least 30 lbs; follow store security procedures
